Followers, Thank You!
This is to all my followers on WordPress,
Who I need to thank for my blogging success,
I left school with few qualifications,
Now I’m writing poetry that’s viewed in several different nations,
With all your supportive commentary,
That you did completely voluntary,
You have utterly honoured me,
So I wrote this for you to see,
Thanks for giving me the time of day,
And replying to me when I have my say,
Your all just genuinely nice people,
Everyone on here you all treat equal,
I finally feel like I’ve achieved something,
Before writing I had nothing,
You helped getting me motivated,
You helped when I was frustrated,
You helped me get stronger,
You helped me go for longer.
You have made me who I am today,
A poet who will never go away,
You got my self-belief to an all time high,
And I will keep this belief until the day I die,
Now my followers are one thousand strong,
I now know writing poetry is where I belong,
In just a poem I can’t show all my appreciation,
But for you is this rhyming illustration,
I hope you all do brilliant in whatever you do,
And in life only happiness you go through,
All I can say now is you have changed my existence,
So continue to drop by, don’t keep your distance.
